I’m here. I’m grumpy. So I decided it would be a monumentally awesome idea to set up my shop/store thingy on my server (yknow, being obsessed with virtual-reality-looks; so vain!). So, got it all set up and it was looking soo pretty but of course the monumentally awesome program I’m using has ‘quirks’, shall we say. Now, here I’m sat banging my head against a virtual-reality brick wall (for the third day) and instead of being all sensible and looking elsewhere, I am perservering… YOU WILL WORK, DARN YOU TOMATOCART! *frowny eyes and shoogled fist at screen*

The best way to travel is by hat
The sun brings out the best in me. It makes me want to drive down country roads in my chunky purple sunglasses and warble at the top of my lungs; it makes me want to wear pretty dresses and dye my head; sunshine makes me want to do stuff. So lots of stuff is what I did on this sunny day of utter sunshine.
So I spent this morning finishing my first ever hand knitted bag. The wool is so delightfully chunky and fuzzy! I also learnt how to increase and decrease stitches; the outcome? A cute-as-a-button dinky fuzzy heart! D’awh! I’ve totally become all about the hearts and bows- could you tell? I also spent a slice of the morning doing a mini photoshoot-esque thing, generally updating photos of what I have for sale. Reason being that I took a little fuzzy bag out for a wander yesterday and a friend commented that she thought it was bigger from previous images- you can put down all the measurements in the world but sometimes it’s best to let a picture do the talking, right? I like this plan.
Love is the closest thing we have to magic
I think I’m in love with an inanimate object again. First, my victorian-style coat, then Freakin’ Shed and now Adia the Sewing Machine. She makes me do things I’ve never thought about doing before; things that I thought impossible; things like a… french seam. Oooh, tingly! So I’m now on to my next bag- it’s gonna be all cosmetics, polkadots and freakin’ bows for this one- always the freakin’ bows! It’s all squishy and stuff. Sqqquiiisshhyyyy.

Daisy Dot the Pea Tot & Friend
Moving on. On a side note (though equally as important in my life), the search for a new teacup is finally over! Meet Daisy Dot the Pea Tot & Friend; a teapot for one. Doesn’t she look lovely? I realise after her maiden pot of tea this morning however, that I really need to find a milk pot and saucer to complete this mighty set. D’awh look, doesn’t she look lovely?
